Your order will ship within 48-72 hours after it was placed. Once your order is bagged and tagged - We will send you an email with an official tracking number. If your order has a pre-sale item - all the other items will be shipped once the pre-sale item is available. Pre-sale shipping dates are listed on the pre-sale items page.
At times, the carrier will mess up and deliver your order to the wrong place -or- the carrier can't locate it... In such events - We will research the situation and either refund -or- re-ship your order. In the event that your order is delivered successfully - and someone steals your package - we cannot replace it as we are unable to recover the loss from the carrier. Signature-Required is available upon request if your area is prone to such theft activities.
